A lot of villain songs don't really stand up to the others. The Lion King didn't really have any weak links. If it did, it wasn't this.

Boogie had a good one.

Prime example of a villain song they really didn't try to make exceptional: Rasputin from Anastasia
It's not even really a song. Just an evil rhythmic rant.
