Okay so I'm like..really freagin' bored. I decided to make this thread because I'm going to a concert in a few weeks and I was just curious as to see who you all would like to see live. Feel free to post videos of live performances if you want. You can even tell us about your concert experiences if you'd like.
To start this thing off, I'm going to do Rammstein first..since they're who I'm going to see
These guys have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. And I know a lot of people would think that I had a strange taste in music at that point in my life but...oh well lol. My dad started listening to them and I ended up getting into them since I spent most of my time hangin' out with him. So there you go, Rammstein has stuck with me all these years..thanks to my dad. The difference between then and now is that I actually understand some of the songs now and I've been working on others. It's really somethin' when you make a point of understanding another language..it's like a whole new world opening up to you, I love it. Anyway, enough rambling. It's time to show you guys whyRammstein is one of the best live performances:
I do need to add a warning here because the video isn't meant for anyone who is easily offended in any way, nor is this video suitable for children. And all that wondrous stuff...
I chose this video because it has the perfect mix of what makes Rammstein such an exciting live performance: talented musicians, lights, explosions, fire even though there isn't any in this video, lewd behavior lol, and the fact that you can never be sure what they'll come up with next. They keep outdoing themselves. That's the sign of a great band. And how many bands do you know, that bow to their fans like that? As the people of Tumblr would say, "they're my babies"
Aanndd go!
