My favourite is Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Capcom made an excellent work of combining the outside streets of raccoon city as well as the inside.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica X. This game and all its mysteries... Was also great in that matter of changeing environments, The island, Antarctic, back to the island, finshing business in antarctic.
