Im curious, does anyone know what happend to the actors who appeared in the intro and endings to the original RE1? Did they also do the voice acting as well?

Capcom pretty much grabbed whatever American/Caucasian actors happened to be living in Japan at the time to get them to be a part of the intro video. (source below, look towards the end of the vid)
The physical actors appeared in the credits under simple aliases: 'Charlie' as Chris, 'Inezh' as Jill, 'Grégory' as Barry, 'Linda' as Rebecca, 'Jason' as Joseph and 'Eric' as Wesker.
The real identity of 'Inezh' is Dublin-born actress Una Kavanagh, who has since appeared in TV shows such as Fair City and The Clinic. I believe she was also the voice for Jill in the original game. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1418006/
As for 'Charlie', 'Linda', 'Eric' and 'Jason', I have no idea as their full/real names or their activity after Resident Evil. However, 'Jason' has previously acted in a 1995 video game Angel Devoid: Face of the Enemy as Mr Digit. 'Charlie', 'Linda' and 'Eric' did not provide the voices for their respective Resident Evil characters (I have no idea if 'Jason' also voiced Joseph or not), however, just the physical portrayals in the opening intro. In the English versions, uncredited actors Scott McCulloch was the voice of Chris http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0566124/ and Sergio Jones http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0016015/ was the voice of Wesker. Both have some minor roles in other media - e.g. Wesker was in Baywatch!!
Lynn Harris was the voice of Rebecca, and she has been in many different video games http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1188121/ Rebecca's Japanese voice actor was Reiko Takagi who has appeared in Bleach and other anime http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0847074/

If they did grab whatever American/Caucasian actors in japan I didn't know there was only one Eric and Inezh in japan..... o.o Learning this is like finding a rare pokymon, you remember you have it but can't do anything with it.
Remember that these were pseudonyms - 'Inezh' is Una Kavanagh, for example. I'm sure there were more than five Caucasian actors in Japan at the time but I'm not sure how many applied for the job of Biohazard...

Live action Jill might've been my favourite Jill from all of RE. She was cute.
I liked the way Jill's hair was in RE1 too, tucked into her berret. I kinda hate how in the REmake they used her RE3 hairstyle, with her berret on top.
Although her army fatigue, Sarah Connor outfit did have her hair like it was in the original, she was wearing some large goggles, which kind of sucks.

Chris was played by a little known actor named Charlie Kraslavsky (believe it or not "Charlie" was his real name), according to a interview on a blog called raccoonstars he was working as a casting director in Japan while doubling as a actor and he is in real life the best friend of the man who played Barry who is a Aussie named Greg Smith who claims that he got hand picked to play Barry when a Capcom employee spotted him walking downtown and explained to him that he looks exactly like the concept art of Barry and asked him to play the role in the cutscenes.
Gregory Smith, Australian actor, played Barry in the Live Action intro of the original Resident Evil. Here you can find some info about him:
