You don't need an admin's consent for sharing your MSN contact info. We've had threads for sharing such things before, you could either search for one of them, and if you don't find an existing thread (they might be lost), you can crate a new one.
groupsim.com? I never heard of it before. I thought you meant MSN Messenger.
It would be wise of you to mask the address to avoid spam crawlers.
