Yes I would recommend Parasite Eve whole heartedly, but good luck finding it! It is quite a niche and old series. It was made by Squaresoft (Now known as Square Enix) so It's like Resident Evil and Final Fantasy had a baby and managed to get lucky and have good solid genes of both, but not perfect and has some balancing issues.

You'd rate the original resident evil as better horror then 7? Or is that in terms of story and everything. Cause personally I'm not a massive fan of 7 but a lot of people are.

I enjoyed RE7 on the first two playthroughs (Normal and then Madhouse) but I tried playing it again recently and couldn't quite get into it. Remember though I was a young kid when RE1 came out so that kinda thing sticks to you at that age bracket so I'm sure most of this new generation would feel the same about RE7 so I don't really blame them if they like it better than the older games.

Yea good point, I played all the old resident games when I was younger so I get what you mean, the new games are still good but the old ones hit different, and for its time period the original resi was pretty damn scary.

I love my PS5. I just wish I liked other games so I could "get the most out of it", but here I am, playing Village on VoS, again. Hahaha

If you're into old school survival horror games, you should look into The Medium and Tormented Souls on the PS5. There's also the Remothered games on PS4 which should be backwards compatible on PS5.

Got it at Vintage Stock and was thoroughly robbed if I'm being honest. But I guess that's the price of not buying from a shady seller online.

Vintage Stock did the same here…You could only buy the PS5/Xbox Series X in a bundle and the the price was more than if you got the items individually

If you click on the achievement in your alerts it tells you what all the achievements are. It's either an anniversary on the forum or a post milestone I think.

That one does not have any context to it. Just like the 7 Minutes Achievement just says... Wesker would be proud or something. haha
