Nemesis prowled the halls of the RPD quietly with the only sound coming from his gigantic black boots thudding on the floor. He'd already killed one STARS member in Brad 'Chickenheart' Vickers and now was hunting down Jill Valentine. So far his search had resulted in several decimated zombies but no STARS, this made him roar in irritability. A sudden loud crash somewhere upstairs forced Nemesis to utter the one word he could pronounce;
"STARS!" Nemesis made his way up the staircase ready to kill whatever the source of the noise was. Meanwhile upstairs, Claire was running like a bat out of Hell trying to elude the monster like giant that slowly pursued her, the giant wore a green trenchcoat and looked human but was anything but that, instead the monster went by a simple letter; X
MR.X.
Stopping and turning, Claire fired four rounds into Mr.X none of which even phased him as he continued his slow advance, Claire ran to the door that would lead her out but before she could turn the doorknob, the door went flying off its hinges sending her to the floor covered by the door, Mr.X stopped as the Nemesis walked in. For several minutes the two behemoths who were not even twenty feet apart just stared silently as if they weren't sure what to make of one another.
"STARS!" Nemesis uttered, Mr.X didnt reply but instead shot a left hook but Nemesis caught it, Mr.X shot a right hook but Nemesis also caught that. Both tyrants were locked in a battle of strength with neither moving an inch, Nemesis had X's hands in a death grip and was firmly planted, suddenly Mr.X connected with a headbutt forcing Nemesis to let go of Mr.X, this allowed Mr.X to throw a right hook that connected to Nemesis's jaw. With a show of inhuman strength, he grabbed Nemesis by the shoulders and hurled him down the hall.
"ROOOOOOOAR!" Nemesis yelled as he got to his feet, this creature wasnt a STARS member but he was a threat to his mission and thus he would be destoryed. In a burst of speed, Nemesis tackled Mr.X sending him into the next hall, the two traded punches and rammed each other into walls. After hitting X with a vicious uppercut, Nemesis grabbed the tyrant by his throat and chokeslammed him into the floor, as the battle progressed the floor underneath the two began to creak and weaken under the combined weight of the tyrants. Finally after Nemesis lifted Mr.X and sent him crashing into the floor, it gave way sending both monsters to the floor below them. Having finally recovered, Claire looked down at the gaping hole and the two monsters who were laid out.
"I better hurry and find Sherry and Leon before they wake up."
