Whenever I hear this song, I think back to Metal Gear Solid 4 as this song perfectly describes Metal Gear Solid 4. Being the fact that all of my favorite characters from the Metal Gear series either die, suffer, or both and it is one reason why I found MGS4 a very sad game, but perhaps the thing that this song reminds me of the most from the game is the ending.
