Anyway, I always ask this to myself, but never asked to someone, so I'll do it now. How you get Wesker's Report? It's a DVD? Capcom did it on a Promo?

Someone was selling it on eBay as a DVD... no idea whether it was real or fabricated.

It was made for RE's 5th anniversary, I think.
