Operation Raccoon City Tips for mission seven!

I'm totally suck on the last mission... where you have to break through the Spec Ops barracade and Leon is shooting at you... I can't go two seconds without being swarmed by crimson heads, is there any strategy for this area of the game?

Two things I found out you can do is have someone sniping Leon while others defend off the crimsons. Or you can just run straight for the ladder. It'll trigger the next scene.

Okay, this might be a dumb question but where's the ladder?

Its behind the spec ops barricade. It'll be the marked on your map.
