Think of a ridiculous plot twist

To add to the ridiculousness, Albert Wesker fathers offspring with more than 1 woman.

Procreates 2 children (Claire and Chris) with the first lady he knocks up.

Procreates 1 child (Jake Muller) with the 2nd lady he knocks up.
 
Wesker was actually a regeneration of the Master, and Chris is a regeneration of the Doctor. Both had just become human using the chameleon arch. Claire is just a companion trying to keep up with the facade.
 
Leon S.Kennedy is a lost ashford child.Also he and Ada wong are really married ,but working all sides so that they can gain the key to immortality.Rebbecca is MIA because she is being kept as an experiment
 
At the end of the final RE game, we get a cutscene where Chris wakes up in a mental hospital next to Leon, Jill and Claire and it turns out the events of R.E were all just a product of their fantasy and they are all mentally ill and therefore have hallucinated everything combined with suppressed memories.

Nemesis is actually Chris Redfield from the future (You know both are roided and nuts about Jill)
He wants to confess Jill his enternal love, but since he became a B.O.W he can't say anything except
"S.T.A.R.S", because when he was a STARS memeber, he developed a crush on her xD
Unfortunately, Jill got it all wrong and killed him off at the end of RE3.....

Well sh*t happens ......

chris ,jill and wekser were in a polytriad and because wesker had a heavier work load,the other two slowly pushed them away.he saw them happy without him,got angry and took them to the mansion.but he could never kill his beloves,so he allowed them to live.his death ruined his memory so he went on obssessed with jill and hating chris but never knew why until the end when he took a rocket lawncha to the face.he saw a flash back of them together and died a happy man....because he had made them sign their souls over to him in the after life
 
Jill and Chris are actually responsible for bioterrorism around the globe, otherwise they'd be jobless, since they both have no other qualifications or higher education.

While not on a mission, Chris works part-time in a gay strip club. I mean look at his Sailor Outfit, it says more than thousand words. Besides he met Piers there

Jill & Leon raid the sea from time to time, just for fun xD

ada wong is a trans woman,hence she won't let leon get too close because she doesn't wanna break his heart.jill rejected chris for claire,and he hates wesker cuz he knew jill was a lesbian,but thought it would be fun to watch chris make an ass of himself.Also,wesker is sherry birkin's real father.wesker and ada know each other's secrets,which is how they duped each other into working together.He kidnapped jill with intent to use her to turn ada into a real woman in exchange for all the information she's gathered from the patriots.but he contracted uroburos via jake's mom and it slowly ate his mind ,making him forget ada's deal which is why she really left.
 
Revelations 2 spoilers...
Natalia drank the alcohol you find and was drunk the whole time, hence why she has weird abilities and the evil alter ego hallucination. Alex didn't actually kidnap her and take over her body, Natalia just became an alcoholic and Alex actually did die.
 
Albert Wesker survived the events of RE5 and did a sex change. Now he calls himself Alex Wesker and loves to annoy people with Franz Kafka poetry quotes.

Also, Claire wanted to beef up after the events of Code Veronica, by taking roids, but unfortunately they were stolen by Chris....
