Honestly, was Leon's hair ever in style? Even so, I imagine it wouldn't be popular in the police department, military or Secret Service in real life, considering he's got hair in his face constantly.
Even all those backflips in RE4, his hair doesn't so much as sway.

I was playing Team Fortress 2 when I heard the Demoman say something along the lines of "Aye! Me bottle of Scrumpy!" and I was trying so hard to figure out what he was saying because I thought it was funny. So I just typed in "Scrumpeh" because that's what I heard. Pretty boring, but that's how I got it .

Also, I had no idea there was a "Scrumpy" Cider at the time. I just thought he was saying random gibberish
