How do you get the 1998 skins in the mercenaries? I really like them

It's been a while since I got mine but I believe you have to be connected to Resident Evil . Net and meet certain requirements/buy them with points.

According to this, if you're playing on PS3, 360, or PC, you need to be using RE.net and have extra tickets (each skin costs 1). On PS4 and Xbox One, they're apparently unlocked randomly through playing Extra Content. On Switch, they're unlocked by S ranking stages with whichever character you're looking to unlock (or, like the PS4/One versions, randomly through playing Extra Content).
