What in the heck made The Executioner? Is he a type of Tyrant, did Umbrella create him, or was his momma just full of some Mightyyyyy Fugly genes?

The Executioner is one kinky mofo. I mean, talk about someone who likes it rough.
Anyway, I often wondered about that myself. I read once he was injected with some muscle enhancing chemical or something, but that doesn't sound terribly legit. I'm sure Bruno or Spike will have a far better answer.

I think that he was just a huge guy and the plaga had an unique adaptation, secreting a muscle enhancing chemical. Because of this, he was able to use an oversized axe and was chosen to decapitate anyone who tried to avoid plaga administration.
However, the official information is very limited, and i havn't given it too much thought yet, i'm still trying to understand some of the viruses and the nemesis first.

I think he's just a unique adaptation of the Plagas in a very big guy, like what Bruno said. Like how the Garador got fast and aggresive, this guy got tough and aggresive.
Well...mighty fugly genes or a plagas infection one fact still remains...hes a B**CH to fight sometimes!
He was a shelf stacker at tesco who used to stack thr highest shelves but one day he turned up to work and someone even bigger was stacking those high shelves and he quit in a rage, and took it upon himself to travel to another county and chop peoples noggins off.
