Resident Evil 6 Start mid-chapter? In-game pause?

Hey!

Well I have some questions about RE6!

The first being... Why the heck can't I pause in game?!

The second... Is there some way to start mid-chapter? I want to do the Ustanak fight again, but I really can't be bothered with the rest of Chapter 5.

Unfortunately, you can't start mid-chapter at all that I know of. And you can only pause the game in offline mode, there's no way to pause otherwise.

At the start of the chapter, one of the options is "Network," and the options are "Playstation Network" (or XBL?) and "Offline." The game must be set to "Offline" for pause to work, even if playing alone. Stupid? Yeah, it is.
