I'm here trying to get some help

I upload a mercenaries video,
but a guy copy mine and upload it,

But sorry I'm not a native speaker,
Is there any way I can do to stop him ?

report him to youtube...IF you are generally in the wrong, and its not the other way round, but you would have to have proof that your the original owner.

Yep, you can report him . You posted your video before he did, so I don't think it should be a problem.
