Operation Raccoon City Should I get this or Kid Icarus: Uprising?

I really wan't to get this game, but all of the bad reviews have put me off I have most other Resident Evil games but this one is non-canon so it doesn't matter as much, or does it?
On the other hand I also want Kid Icarus, as that game has amazing reviews and to me it looks like a great game.

I'll probably end up getting both at some point but do you reccomend Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City?

I personally like ORC. Sure, its not the most polished game, but its fun. If you dont plan on playing multiplayer i would say rent it first. The single player can get kinda repetitive. Idk anything about the other game so i cant compare the two.

ORC Is great I hate what all the reviews say.
Never Ever trust the critique you try it first then you decide To me this game was great

ORC is AMAZING, and the reviews were so awful...It has so much content it will keep you playing forEVER and let's face it...You WILL NOT regret it...

However, we here at REN are obviously great RE fans...If you prefer Nintendo (And as I HUGE Nintendo fan over all else I can relate) and have a gut feeling about the first Kid Icarus sequel in YEARS then go with Kid Icarus...Hold them, look a them both in a game store at the same time...And go with your gut...Don't second guess yourself because it's always wrong...

I think I'm gonna go with you guys and get ORC, I definitely trust real Resident Evil fans more than paid critics.
I'll still probably get KI:U sometime in the future though
