I took this from the about me section. I usually don't these intro and just post in forums but heck there's always the first time.
It's pain painstakingly obvious that Piers is my favorite character. Hope you guys don't find that too werid (Spoilers) [see Piers Nivans thread].
I've been well aware of the series since childhood though I didn't play my first Resident Evil game until 2009 with Code Veronica for PS2. From that point on I bought Resident Evil 4, all CGI movies and the sequels/games onwards for the PS3. It's because of Resident Evil I bought two pairs of PlayStation Move and navigation controllers so yes, I love the series (sad there's no move support for 6 though).
In a way, I've experienced the original titles (1-3, which I've never played) through Umbrella and Darkside chronicles (the latter being the better) as it was a good compromise in covering the origins. It worked well for understanding characters in the sequels so that was a win win.
Anyway that's enough about me. I'm also on Capcom unity and ResidentEvil.Net under the same username (it's also my PSN lol).
