I just read something on the resident evil Facebook page.

Apparently revelations 2 will be a 4 separate part digital download release.
A season pass type thing can be purchased to get each one as it rolls out and a disc version of the game will be released following the final episodes release.
Prices are €5.99 / $5.99 per episode or €25.00 / $25.00 for the season.

Well, I certainly hope these "episodes" will be longer than those from Revelations 1 then.
Yeah me too.
I have a load of new photos on revelations 2 too but I can't post them using my phone.

Apparently they each feature "hours of terrifying gameplay each with dramatic cliffhangers"

There's a photo of Moira shooting something so she won't be as helpless as I first thought she could be when I heard she would be the "assist character"

There's more information here. Hel, you were right about Moira being a member of Terra-Save.
Thankyou for sharing this.

Looking at the photos, I get the feeling the wristbands in game purpose will be to gauge the characters health.

There's pictures of Claire with a green band (fine)
There's a picture in the Facebook new photos of her with an orange band (caution)
And Jen told me one of the photos last week had Moira with a red band (Danger)

Very interesting. I think I'm going to wait for the disc version. Not because I'm one of those people who strictly refuse to accept the imminent transition from CD/DVD to digital download, but because I want to enjoy the full content of the game, which is apparently only available to buyers of the disc version. The idea of the episodes and the cliffhangers sounds intriguing, though.

I'll probably get both versions. I can't wait to play this game let alone avoid spoilers after each episode comes out, but I also want to have the game to go on my shelf with all my other RE games and get whatever special content comes with it (probably Raid mode or something similar).

This. Absolutely, 100% this.

I'm very conflicted.
I want to play the game as soon as I can. But I don't want to have to wait weekly,
I also can't wait to get the disc which I would prefer but if I did this I would end up spoiling it for myself!

The Japanese revelations site was also updated. I tried to translate the page with the browser but it didn't make any sense
