"I cant believe I missed it!" Tony yelled. The thought jumped out at him around 1:00 A.M. There was rumor of a deadly virus spreading around, and there was a national scare about everyone getting infected. Luckily, there were plenty of vaccinations to go around. Unfortunately, it was available for a couple days only. He missed them both.
Anthony Dallavalle(people often called him Tony) was one of those kids that never got sick. He wasn't actually worried about the virus, he was just thinking way to fast, before he remembered there was a very small chance of him getting infected.
He was 13, and stood at 5'4". He was slim, and fit with long, dark hair. He was born in America, and was planning on staying in America. He lived in a small town in Michigan called Delton. Anthony was also a huge fan of Capcom's "Resident Evil" games. When he was bored, he sometimes found himself acting as if there were zombies all around his house. He was also one of the smarter people that thought about the ideas behind that. One of those was the T-virus idea. He thought that maybe one day someone might get smart and try to recreate that virus, such as a terrorist group. That was one of the reasons he didn't like getting injections.
"Oh well, I'm probably not going to need it anyway. For all I know, this could of just been a scam for some extra money." Tony whispered to himself. Then, he just went back to the welcoming sleep he woke from.

3 Days Earlier:
"Are you sure this is going to work?"
"I am positive that it will. I have been working on it for 5 years. If it doesn't work, then all of the time, and money would of been for nothing."
"How are we going to pull this off exactly?"
"Damnit, I thought I already explained this to you! Its simple, we just support the idea that there is a deadly virus floating around America. Then, we provide all the hospital's with vaccines for the "virus". Then we sit back and watch the the show."
"Oh, ok sir. I was just wondering how it was going to work is all."
"Good. I expect you to make that call to the American government ASAP, alright?"
Before the other man could reply, the doctor walked out of the room. The last the man saw of him was the red and white umbrella on the doctors coat.
