Good old zombies. I don't mind them being more aggressive like the ones in RE6, but I'm not a fan of those new controllable enemies introduced in 4.

Retelling, RE 2 and 3 could do very well in HD (and given that ORC was already made, half the game is finished)

Reboot. A Survival Horror reboot too, very limited action and LOTS of survival (eg: Limited Ammo, limited supplies etc).

All new Cast or reuse the forgotten characters (Barry, Billy etc)
