I'm glad to hear that...Really, I think it would've worked out either way, but I AM glad to hear it...

Sounds good, due the fact that this means more challenge, instead of playing a entire chapter , with overpowered weapons, so, having limitations on weapons, kinda obligates you to play more smart, and using more meele attacks, or even, evading and running away if you have to .....

I see this point as a postitive one in RE6

I'll just get right to the ass kicking!
I'm glad that thing is gone, I like finding my weapons and of course I like facing a challenge with what weapons I have, makes me think more.

Must do what you can, with what you have :)

I completely took this the wrong way, nevermind lol. Picking up weapons along the way will add a nice challenge for survival.

For the first half a second, my first thought was, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" But then I thought of the classic games and was like, "wait, this could go very well." XD

Oddly enough while just buying weapons sounds more realiable, I had a harder time acquiring and tending to weapings in RE5 then I did in the classics and 4. But thats just me.

even finding of weapons and upgrading them was an challenging job, hope they provide the weapon with power n sufficient ammo.

But the weapons upgrade system will be replaced with an abilities system. You will grab skill points during the game (like money in RE4/RE5) so you can buy new skills.
I think these skills will be for example, having your AI protecting you more, having a more steady aim, increasing stamina, increasing vitality, having better hand-to-hand moves, etc.

I like all of these ideas better than the weapons upgrade...

Without a weapons upgrade it eliminates the need to grind on chapters repeatedly just to get nice weapons, i love this idea and i pray they execute it well

Lurking is my jam.
I would prefer a weapon's upgrade rather then ability's i mean think about this
You're gun does a lot of damage.
You run out you're screwed
Ability(Guns,A,Blazing) -You get infininte ammo-
Nahhh i think i'd rather survive then die of being bored of guning down zombies

But survival is about relying on more than just your gun...Besides, there's a lot more melee in this game than before, and a partner...

That's exactly where my -No ability- fits in quite nicely
I'm mean for Vs sure why not, but i rather have no ability's for the main story

But wouldn't an abilities system bring more in ways of survival then just tough guns...
Remember in RE1,2,3,CV,CVX,Outbreak,ect You had to skip zombies so you can save ammo for later, You had to think about what you're gonna bring with you stuff like that It was enjoyable i'm aware everything is changing now but still keep a little bit of the old in and ability's is one of them
I hated them in ORC but dealt with them and if you have 2 people even worse RE5 i enjoyed cause of this no CoD sort of system implanted just You and you're partner but i can't really talk because capcom makes the games not me
