When i first heard of versus i instantly went to but some points to download it :D so i fired it up and after 1 hour or 2 i was dissapointed and have rarely played it since:(, i just don't think that resident evil is a game to be shooting at each other more about team work, i honestly thought it would be better that mercenaries but i was quickly proven wrong in my oppinion, did u like it ?

alot of people are RPG whores on it, which ****es me off to the point of smashing my xbox
but if you play with decent people it can be fun
but no skill is required for versus
 
I hate it. It was terrible. Everything about the mode is just pure muddy a** dog s**t. Only 4 modes, no bots if you wanted to play by yourself, it needs 4 players to start certain games, it is the same characters and maps from Mercenaries, and it was over priced at $5 for something that is only 2MB. It is one of the worst DLC that I ever bought.

The only good thing about it is when you are playing with a friend you can help each other get most of the new achievements.
 
yeah thats about the only time i actually played it trying to get all my once completed gamerscore until it ruined it aswell !
 
Capcom needs to take a note from Left 4 Deads book in that they should create a survival mode 4 people WORKING TOGETHER ! ... and there not charcters well they are but there in BSAA uniform bit like kirk and u can create a weapon load out instead of pre made ones as long as there not to powerfull like a rpg or so on, and its basically fight to the death and get the longest time possible, know doesnt that sound better that versus ? :lol:
 
I played versus for a long time and got some enjoyment from it. Of course, it is better if you have 3 other friends to play with, but what isn't? It isn't perfect, but it served its purpose well enough and I've had a lot of fun playing it with some buddies. If you don't like it, well obviously your money can be spent elsewhere :P
 
i havent even got the versus trophies yet, once i do i guarantee i won't be playing it much after that.
its rubbish really if you think about it.
it would be alot better if you couldn't use the rpg, too many people are rpg whores in versus.

Mostly the Chris Safari characters. They start with 2 of them at the start.
