Res gamerpic for Xbox on. How did he do it!

I played with a guy earlier on Resident Evil 5. His gamerpic was of the green herb, he wouldn't tell me how he got it. Anyone know how he did it?

Been a while since I've been on Xbox but I think it might be something to do with the props u can use with your avatar?

Dude prob zoomed in on the herb and used that as his gamer pic.
