Resident Evil: Village RE8 preorders (collectors edition)

So I'm getting ads for RE8 preorders but for some reason I can't order the collectors edition only the digital versions. Are the physical versions not available right now or have they sold out already? Anybody else encountering this?

Yes I am encountering this as well, I hope they aren't sold out already.

From what I understand, they are already sold out. But they could make more because they clearly have the demand!
