RE:Verse not available on Playstation?

Hello, I am currently having an issue where I cannot find Re:verse anywhere in the store, the only place it shows up is in my library but for some reason it is locked, upon clicking further it takes me to the store front of Re:verse but then there's no option to buy or anything, only add to wishlist and follow. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Is it locked while you have the Village disc in your Playstation? This happens because the disc is essentially proof you bought Village. If the disc is in the Playstation, you may need to refresh the license.
