If you buy the GameCube version of RE4, you can play it with the GC controller too. However, it is said that the Wii version of RE4 is much better and a completely new experience.

Witha PS2 slim you can't get REmake, which out dates RE1, plus my PS2 slim, as well as others I've heard, can have issues reading PS1 games...Plus, the gamecube versions of two and three have extra features that the PS1 versions don't...
