Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) Question about the PS1 version - charging

The version I got didn't come with a leaflet (got it at a car boot sale, lol) - how do you make Jill charge at the zombies? We did it by accident but I haven't got a list of controls so I can't see how we did it lol

Isn't it just X at the right timing. I can't quite remember, but doesn't that work for dodge aswell..haven't played nemesis in awhile.

What's the normal time for completing it? about 2:30:00?

about 1:30.
one of the top recorded times is under 1.20 on hard, so probably quicker on easy.
