Resident Evil - Code: Veronica Question about the Monsters...

Okay, there was this monster thing...it kinda reminded me of the Hunters, but it could jump up the stairs and had like...a whip like arm...its really irritating that I cant remember WHAT they were. I know I saw it. They show up a couple times in the game. I think you're outside when they show up...I'm searching for pictures so I can show you what they look like, but no success. Does anyone know what these monsters are?

You're probably referring to the bandersnatches.
I don't know exactly what they are, but they look humanoid.
They are one armed, and the arm they have is overgrown, and can be stretched to reach long distances.
They're really annoying, especially when they grab your head from the other end of the room.

No matter what I do I never get around them unharmed. And I usually skip these guys since they're a big pain in the ammo. D:

And I went over through battle mode and these guys sure drain a lot of your Health when you're using Wesker. ._.
