Resident Evil 7 Ps4 demo. Help me understand

What are the items that are able to carry over from the demo to the actual game?

Second question might be confusing. When playing through the demo and playing through part 1 (tape key,backdoor) in order to move onto the other parts of the demo (phone rings and so on) you have to play it completely through, you can't play the first part, turn ps4off and come back later can you?

If anything has a chance of carrying over to the main game, I'd say just the coin you get for beating the absurd 5murder puzzle.

And the demo doesn't have checkpoints or autosave so no. It all has to be done in one go. It's not that long anyway
