Resident Evil 6 Professional difficulty

So I started professional difficulty from the get go. No upgraded anything. So far I've beat Leon and Chris campaigns. Professional seems a lot easier than before...or am I just crazy?

I'm having difficulties in beating the game on veteran.. :'D So I'm not sure if I wanna know how hard the professional difficulty then is..

Don't you have to unlock Professional mode? At least i thought so.

Nope its there by default.
Also the enemies dont do as much damage as in RE5's Pro but they tend to be faster and less predictable so it kinda evens out.

What about the rumoured 'No Hope Left' difficulty ? Perhaps that is made for the absolute hard core challenge.
I did it on Veteran and found it about right, quite difficult but not frustrating that much
