Playstation 3 Problem - Hard disk can not be found

I got this problem today and I need some help getting this fixed. I tried to get to the recovery menu, but it is not letting me get on the recovery menu. What should I do to fix this?

Nevermind. This thread can be closed now. I called Sony and having my PS3 sent in.

I hope they don't have to format ur hard drive. That would totally suck. Oh and remember to take the disc out of the drive before u send in the ps3
