Why...If they were gonna make a new chronicles game it shouldn't be to fill us in on unimportant things...It should be to fill in the story...Like Leon's trip to South America and Chris and Jill's attack on Russia did...What reason does Billy have to make a comeback...He was cool don't get me wrong...But theres no reason to bring him back from the "dead"...

The only way I see them doing this is if they reintroduce him as a minor character in six, but that's the only way i see that happening.
