I went to the psn store and couldn't find it. It's not there at all, anyone downloaded it yet?

here in the united states eastern time it doesnt update till about 7pm for me...sniffle , so ive a bit of wait till more resident evil the crap-box people have it already im sure cause xbox updates at 2am here
