Resident Evil 2 (2019) NEED HELP - How to disable Vignette? Nothing works!

To disable Vignette in RE2 remake i tried using the following mods but none of them worked:

All of them are outdated and incompatible with the latest version...

I have also tried this:

You can manually modify your file using an editor such as
HxD and change the values 8B 87 3C 01 00 00 89 83 DC 00 00 00 to the following:
31 C0 90 90 90 90 89 83 DC 00 00 00.

This did not work because the value above was not to be found.
Is there seriously no way to remove the annoying vignette in re2 in 2022 ??
