erall which Tyrant should've and could've completed their task based on stats:

Intelligence: Both tyrants are highly intelligent since Mr.X can follow orders and Nemesis can use weapons and speak {one word anyway}.

Speed: Who was the faster tyrant
Strength: Who was the more powerful monster?
Objective: Who had the easier job?

I think Nemesis was better. I don't recall seeing Mr.X run and Nemesis did in RE3 I think. I also think Nemesis was more powerful. As far as who had the easiest job... Well they were both pretty much the same, chasing law enforcement the entire game.

Mr. X runs when he becomes the Super Tyrant - Almost too fast to avoid, too. So the Tyrant is quicker.

I'd say they were about as strong as each other. They both break through walls with ease, Nemesis survived an exploding train and Mr. X fell into a smelting pot and lived. (I think thats what they're called, honestly don't remember) Going by both cutscenes and gameplay they're about equal in toughness.

Objective was the same for both B.O.W. - Locate a specific group of targets and finish them.
