We all know that the Alien Franchise and George A Romero living dead series are influence on the Resident Evil, but what are the rest.

The Birds = the crows

The fight scene bewteen Chris and Wesker at the end of Code Veronica X was definitely inspired by the fight scene between Arnold and the Predator in Predator.

Norman Bates definitely inspired the Alfred character from Code Veronica.

Alex's transformation looks like the transformed evil witch in Snow White. Plus she's after a younger girl to keep her youth.

The little spider looking things in RE5 look like the facehuggers in the Alien films.

T-1000 from Terminator 2 inspired some Wesker characteristics- more notably in RE5; the slicked back hair and him waving his finger at Chris like the T-1000 does to Sarah Connor are some examples.

IDK about what inspired RE, but in the anime High School of the Dead there is a bus wreck scene that is taken directly out of Resident Evil 2, and the creator admited to it, loving the RE games and wanting their influence in his anime.
