Resident Evil 6 Mercenaries Unlockables

So I'm having a little trouble unlocking everything. Anybody wanna help out by posting what you know?

Unlocking Helena, Piers, and Sherry are easy enough, but what about other maps, costumes, carla, and the bsaa agent.

It seems to unlock the costumes you have to get an A with the character u want to unlock the costume for. Carla is unlocked once u get all the costumes and the Agent is still a mistery.
