Resident Evil: Village Mask of pleasure

Hi I mistakenly sold the animal skull to the duke now I can’t retrieve the mask of pleasure.. anyone know if I can get it back?

This is odd...I thought the Animal Skull was a key item and couldn't be sold but I don't remember.

I don't think you can buy it back and would have to reload a save.
