This is Hulks original story:

Bruce Banner got exposed to radiation while he was working in his lab. The gamma radiation unleashed a very strong creature that shows itself transforming Banner into a giant bulky green man that shows itself whenever Banner gets mad.


This is disneys version:
When Bruce Banner was born to the king and queen of The Magic Forest, an evil witch came and put a spell on him that transforms Banner into a giant bulky green man whenever he gets mad.

Marvel haven;t been doing too well in the recession.
Disney have.
Dinsey WON'T change the comics at all. Marvel still have full control over their franchise, Disney have control of their franchise.
