* Resident evil 2 she was almost dead because she distracted Tyrant to not kill leon
* Resident evil 4 She saved Him and Ashley From Lord Saddler
* Resident Evil 4 If there wasn't Ada there's no chance leon could beat Lord Saddler without Rocket Launcher
* Resident evil 6 She saved Leon And Helena from horde of zombies when she was in Helicopter
* Resident Evil 6 Leon would have died when Simmons tried to push him down
I believe there's many more same moments where she saved him...
