Isochronic tone stimulation

Silverback

Moving Mountains

I just wanted to ask, does this video make you feel different? It is ment to awaken us spiritually, I believe, or make us more sensitive to the Earth and Mother Nature around us.

Enjoy.

I got 19 seconds in and couldn't stand anymore. It was just noise - annoying, scratchy, something-must-be-broken type noise.

If I want to get closer to nature, I'll take all my clothes off and roll around in the garden for five minutes :D

I think Steve would object to that! :D

I can understand why it would be annoying to some, but the birds chirping and sounds of a lake made me feel good.

I didn't like that, it's too annoying. Is it the same for the complete duration of the video?
If you feel good by hearing water and birds, try listening to videos like these instead:

I got 54 seconds and the only thing it's stimulating is my headache, sadly.
And bruno, I'm on crutches for nearly a year so getting to the bathroom is fairly difficult were I to continue to listen to the videos!

I got to 1:40 and had to stop. All it did was raise my anxiety level to an uncomfortable degree, and that's not something I need help from a video to do.

Well...I cold only get three minutes in, but that's because of a slow connection...I enjoyed it...A lot...It had a certain rhythm to it that I enjoyed...And the visuals were...odd...

I usually like listening to birds and waterfalls and all that wonderful crap... but when you throw the sound of my cell phone's alarm in there it all just goes downhill.
