Is this sign a movie prop?

Recently bought this sign and was told it was from one of the Resident Evil movies. Has anyone ever seen it in one of them?

I don't recognize it but that doesn't really mean a whole lot. If it is from one, it looks like it would be something from Extinction. It just kinda fits that vibe.
