it hasn't been officially confirmed yet, but it's on his wiki page... and while i know wiki has about as much credibility as IMDB - it's still a safe bet to assume it's him. Troy Baker is huge voice actor. if you can think of a video game or anime, he's probably been in it, so it's pretty easy to recognize him when you hear him.

also, i think they may have used him for facial mo-cap for the merc. they look pretty similar. o_o
anyway, i could be wrong because it hasn't been OFFICIALLY confirmed yet, but most of the voice actors for the game haven't been confirmed yet... so we'll see.
I agree, he doesn't deserve the hate..He's actually a fun character...Brought more to the table than just a dark depressing brother/sister story...Which is what CVX would have been without him, plus he had his own dark history...
Not only that but steve can rock an axe and gold luggers
Plus he made the collar thing TOTALLY work, and that hair...DAMN!
