I need help with my dumb iPod :\

I'd appreciate everyone who'd like to help me out with this problem D:

My problem is this: Now, when I download something, put it on iTunes, sychronize and then it'll be on my iPod. No problem. But my iPod has 160 GB and I'm planning to fill that space with movies, animes, songs etc. etc. And there's not so much space left on my computer. Now, I deleted everything from my files (Documents etc.) and downloaded new stuff. Then I sychronized again. But it seems that everything got lost because I deleted them for space on my computer :'[ Is there a way to delete files from the computer and keep them on your iPod, even when you sychronize =( If not, then Apple dramatically fails... again :\

lol Okay Anytime That You Sync Your Ipod It Copies What's In Your Itunes. If You Had An Anime Or Song On Your Ipod And Deleted It From Your Computer Whenever You Resync It It Deletes From The Ipod. The Only Way To Keep Stuff On The Ipod When You Don't Have It On The Computer Is To Not Resync It.

There Might Be An Option For Your Itunes To Not Sync Whenever You Plug It In And You Have To Choose To Do It Yourself. If You Want Space On Your Computer And Want To Keep A Bunch Of Stuff On Your Ipod, Your Best Bet Would Probably To Get An External Harddrive.

Also if you deleted it from the desktop/iTunes then its probably in the recycle bin..you can go to the recycle bin and restore it to get it back if you deleted stuff from iTunes completely...

Don't sync it, that's what you need to do. Though I don't remember how to turn that off, but you can.

My ipod broke almost a year ago now....still haven't gotten a new one.

I never liked iPods. Mostly because of stuff like that happening with iTunes and cause they are still fairly expensive. Well they haven't really gotten any cheaper over here anyway.

I'll just stick to my Philips mp3 player, so I can just drag and drop mp3's and not have to deal with iTunes.

Lol simple answer is no. If you delete the song from your computer, It wont be sble to recognize it when you synch again
