If anyone is interested, I own the strategy guide if anyone has any questions. For example, how to obtain the "Complete game on Normal mode or higher without dying".

Since I've got the guide, it states to get the Infinite Rocket Launcher to complete the game on Infernal difficulty, NOT HELL.
