I have a question. I wanna know how to get a Wii Friend code so I can play with my friend who asked me to send me my code. So yeah if anyone can help me get a Wii Friend Code it will be very appreciated.

Oh yeah, I also wanna know how to add codes to my Wii.

i take it you want to find your own wii code, to give to a friend.
open the mail section, then click on contacts/friends and you should see it, its a pretty long number.
i hope thats what you wanted
.

I guess I'll take a look at it. Anyways thanks man.

are you already online with the wii..or are looking to set up the whole thing.
i realised after i re-read it, it sounded as though you wanted to learn how to set up wii online.

Im gonna take a look at it when I get back from NY. I'm gonna see what I can do with the code.

if you have a wireless router do the following.

1) Turn on your Wii and then go down to "Wii Settings".

2) Click on "System Information".

3) You should see three options and an arrow pointing right. Click on the arrow so you will be on the second page.

4) Click on "Internet".

5) Click on "Wireless Connection".

6) Click on "Test Connection".

The Wii should pick up the signal of your wireless router and give you an internet connection for your Wii. Now you can go onto Wi-Fi and browse the internet channel.

if your connected via ethernet do the following

1) Turn on your Wii and then go down to "Wii Settings".

2) Click on "System Information".

3) You should see three options and an arrow pointing right. Click on the arrow so you will be on the second page.

4) Click on "Internet".

5) Click on "Wired Connection".

6) This step has two options:

Enter your Ethernet's properties and information and then go up to the top and click on "Test Connection".

Plug in your Wii LAN Adaptor to one of the free Ethernet connections in the back of the Ethernet system and then go up to the top and click on "Test Connection".

The Wii should pick up the signal of your Ethernet connection and give you an internet connection for your Wii. Now you can go onto Wi-Fi and browse the internet channel.

see how easy it is to get onto wii online.
just basically have a shuffle with the wii settings.

I didn't know it did wireless without a modem thing but i was fidilling around and wala!Time for some NES and N64.

Friendcodes are a bastard though. You have your wii one but then every other game has there unique friendcode so its a pain in the A to add mates all the time. The only game really worthy online though is mario kart which is badass and theres smash bros but the online is done really badly thats the only game i added friends on.

Ok. Thanks aintnoscrub. Im gonna set it up when I get back home.

no problem, i did all that and got it to work.
if you need anymore help just ask
i don't like the whole friend code thing, especially as there so long and annoying.
