If she gets shot with the Handcanon it certainly does mean she dies!! But... It also means game over haha so the answer is, you cannot "Kill Jill" =P

Yeah take back Hideo Kojima`s joke from mgs2. that was hard when i had to keep playing on a gameover screen. it was tempting me to press circle which did nothing but it messed up the fight a little

when I played it for the first time I was like WTF!?!? the radio chats were getting more an more random I was like xD wht te shts goin on?!!

great game though I loved the part when you can knock out snake an get his dogtags haha plus you got a samurai sword that was pretty awesome, hiding then chopping people up an hiding again haha!!
