Nah not really a bummer. I plan to change the wrist articulations with ball joints, maybe will try someday.

Yea, no action figure is without that balancing problem cos they're not real people.:lol:

You have to adjust the legs so that he'll be in a suitable stance so that he won't fall. The gatling gun isn't heavy actually.

Every Hot Toys figures comes with a stand(except for those old Military lines), that's what they are for, if you have problem positioning your figures.

the most of my figures are standing on their nameplates
it gives you a more complete figure...
