I'm playing RE Director's Cut as Chris

I can't find the doom book which contains the eagle emblem, everyone tells me it's at the library where you have to push the statue to the light then a wall opens revealing a doom book sitting on a desk

I did that! but i did not find a doom book, all i found was an MO Disc!

I already have the wolf emblem, i got it after i killed the spider boss, but i don't have the eagle...nowhere to be found
